Dropbox for image hosting
Dec. 21st, 2018 07:28 amI'll have time tomorrow to catch up on comments and the reading page woooo, but till then I just found out that you can use Dropbox for image hosting which I find pretty neat. No idea how far it goes or if there are dangers, but here it is anyway.
When you share a pic you have to generate a link via dropbox. That link looks like this (of course you need to enable that anyone can view that link):
https://www.dropbox.com/s/pp9wb9w7rmie2ud/WF_Mag_Portrait001.png?dl=0
Now all you need to do is change that "?dl=0" to "?raw=1" and you can embed it the same as any other link to a pic. I just tried it on AO3 and on here and it worked.
